Our Mission:

• To encourage and support our members continuing their post-secondary education.

Eligibility:

• Applicants under 18 years of age:
  • Eligible if their parents have been a member of Lee’s Benevolent Association of Canada for one (1) year.
  • Enrolled in recognized university or college.
• Applicants over 19 years of age with last name of Lee:
  • Member of Lee’s Benevolent Association of Canada for one (1) year.
  • Enrolled in recognized university or college.
• Applicants over 19 years of age with last name other than Lee:
  • Eligible if their mother is a member of Lee’s Benevolent Association of Canada.
  • Enrolled in recognized university or college.
  • Eligible until the completion of their education or 25 years of age whichever comes first.

Documentation:

• Official transcript from Provincial Ministry of Education.
• Official report from university or college.
• Proof of full-time student status for the following year.

Approval Requirements:

• Application form must be delivered to our office by August 25th of the year or emailed to scholarships@leesofcanada.org
• Attending recognized university or college in Fall and Spring semesters with minimum of 18 credits.
  
• Co-op terms will be considered as a full-time student.
